Changed position? Plumb again before you resume. Tapping the bubble during play also sets the current angle as level.
Plumb
Hold the phone the way you will play, sitting up, lying down or on your side, then press Plumb. That angle becomes level: roll from it to steer, tip it steeper to drop faster.
